Hello!
I’m Emily Ferguson. I’m 20 and I live in Athens which I moved only a few years ago. I love this city but I also miss US a lot. When I was in San Francisco, I had a very dynamic life. I used to be in team of my school’s magazin and we were taking stage in one of my friend’s uncle’s cafe. Above all, I was in my high school’s tennis team which is one of the bests of US and I was expecting to be offered a schoolarship from Stanford University. However, I hurt my shoulder and then we had to move from San Francisco.
Now I am studying Turkish and Modern Asian Studies in Athens University while I am keeping at tennis as a hobby. Because of my love of music, I have been trying to get in some activities about music and recently I and a friend are getting ready to sing in a fest in Izmir, Turkey.
Actually, I’ve been in Turkey twice so far which are two of my best summer vacations and I will probably move to Turkey after I finish my college. I will apply to a high school in Aegean Region for language teaching. Probably two years later, I will be an English teacher living in Izmir and I will be singing at nights in a lovely cafe. God knows, maybe I will have my own album one day.
That's all I can say, I hope you will like me :)

''Recently I and a friend are getting ready to sing in a fest in Izmir, Turkey'' I think recently is used with present perfect.
YanıtlaSilInadvertently. Thanks for correcting :)
SilI haven't come acrooss any mistake expect one mistake that Büşra found.
YanıtlaSilWell, thank you then :)
Silbut i've just found a comment mistake right here i guess.not expect kübra.'except for the one' should be better.i feel guilty when i do that :( sorry again
SilI only found a preposition mistake in this sentence ' I have been in Turkey twice.'
YanıtlaSilInstead of 'in', i think you had better use 'to'.
